GTM Lift Assessment
What is it?
Not all products warrant the same level of investment, focus and change (lift) within your GTM organisation to make them successful. The GTM Lift Assessment is an objective way to measure how aligned your current GTM resources, budgets and motions are to the needs new product being launched.
When should it be used?
This assessment should be used in the first “strategy” phase of the new product launch process, which should happen very early on in the product development cycle (preferably before)
How should we use the results?
A low score means your existing ability to deliver a product like this to market is low, and therefore you need to consider significant investment into ensuring you have the right people, structure and focus to execute. In some instances, it may actually suggest it is not the right product to bring to market at all.
